I need to find one as well, Not sure which one is "friendly" enough. All the "abandoned" ones near me are cop chillout spots.

Uh. Dude. Food Basics on Katamivik, Hidden from street, faces toward the highway, so even if a cop sees you on the highway he has to drive 5 kms to get off then drive back.
